Vintage Greeting Cards

Welcome to My Blogspot, I make vintage style greeting cards. I make my own embellishments to decorate the cards, and I love to emboss. Punches and dies are also other favourite tools which I have a large collection of. I use watercolour and oil papers, which give a rich texture to the card. My embellishments are hand beaded & crafted, I love to crochet flowers using all types of materials from wool to craft twine. Lace and fabrics are other favourites which add another dimension to the card. I love to make that special card for family or friends, and recently have an outlet to sell my cards so others can enjoy them too. Every card is different and I never repeat exactly the same design, so the receiver will always have that unique and personal card. Cardmaking is a lovely hobby which I have become passionate about, I have endless fun thinking up new projects. Hope you enjoy looking!!

Vintage Style Greeting Card

This vintage style embossed Birthday Card, has a lovely lace trim with a hand crafted wool flower embellishment. The card is made from watercolour paper and has tiny Rhinestones to add '"bling". I usually send this card in a metallic envelope to give it that special touch for the receiver. I leave all cards blank inside so that the sender can write their own personal message.
